Disco Vibes EP2

Disco Vibes is the third in the Vibes EP series exploring the influence of specific genres from the past on contemporary productions. With Disco Vibes we a look at some of the finest examples of disco-influenced club music past, present & future & we'll be highlighting many exclusive & previously unavailable tracks.

From one of our in-house production projects comes a sexy, smooth but ultimately very funky little 'wakawaka' (that's a technical term originally championed by Niles Rodgers) guitar lead little number called 'Laylow'. This might well take you back to the late 90's when musical deep house from the likes of Nuphonic, Toko & Paper et al ruled the roost (wipes tear from eye..).

The Club Dub 'does it for the DJ' by utilising all the key hooks, bumpin' up the beats and teasing with some tantalising peaks & troughs resulting in a solid head nodding, feet shuffling groove to keep any discerning floor moving.

There's a useful bonus beats mix which compliments very nicely too.
