Mettle Music presents Summer Vibes EP3

Continuing with the sun-kissed ‘Summer Vibes’ series, this release from Malena (King St, Deeplay, Soulfuric) serves as a fitting prelude to their upcoming album release on Freestyle Records & features two of the finest moments from their catalog featuring acclaimed Spanish vocalist Susana Montero (RSL, Audiowhores, Dalminjo, Mettle Music) & co-production from Jersey Street.

‘Para Ti’ is a summertime classic never before available digitally. It features one of the most sublime & uplifting piano intro’s ever cut to wax (or encoded to MP3) & then follows through with a cooly confident latin tinged organic groove & a soaring arm waving chorus which has set temperature’s rising on beaches, terraces & clubs a like.

‘Conmigo’s latin fuelled grooves, may well sound familiar with some lucky DJ’s managing to previously get hold of the track, but surprisingly enough it’s never actually been released on either vinyl or digitally. This track follows a similar format with groovy percussion, sublime piano, hook-tastic vocals & adds subtle strings & Balearic flavoured strummed guitar into the floor filling latino melting pot.

Also featured is the never released exclusive ‘Flute Juice Mix” which loses the vocals, brings the summery guitar to the fore and moves things along at a crackin’ pace with an energetic noodle free flue solo.

All in all a fantastic package of floor filling summertime magic…

Robin Lee (Faze Action): Summer Vibes EP 3 brings the sunshine, with it's easy latin grooves and soothing vocals. All the sounds are very easy on the ear and it is mixed very well. It could be the rebirth of the Jazzy House thing. Which is always sadly missed around these parts.
